BingoMEGA Options

The BingoMEGA Options dialog box lets you select a dauber color and play mode, or turn the sounds on or off. This dialog box is accessible from the Options button in the playing window.

Dauber Color

The dauber color is the color with which cells are marked on the cards. The little colored square shows the currently selected color. You can use any color. To change the current color:

  1. Click the colored square to open the Color palette.

  2. In the palette, click the color that you like, and then click OK.
The Color palette closes, and the color of the square is replaced by the newly selected color.

  3. Now click Apply or OK to save the change in BingoMEGA options.

Number of Cards

The number in this box defines the number of cards with which you take part in a game. The default number for every newly registered player is three.

You can type in this box any number from three to 50. The number remains the same for all games until you change it. You will not be able to change the number of cards during a game in which you are taking part. Wait for the game to finish first and then change the number of cards. See How to Change the Number of Cards

Auto Dauber

This Auto Dauber check box allows you to select the play mode. When the check box is clear you are playing in manual mode. When it is selected you are in automatic play mode and the AutoPlay & AutoBingo check box is available.

AutoPlay & AutoBingo

This check box is available only when the Auto Dauber check box is selected. When the AutoPlay & AutoBingo check box is selected the program automatically registers you for the next game and claims bingo at the right moment.

Themes

This option allows you to change the interface of the program. Each theme changes the appearance of the playing window and the Balls and Commands sounds.

Sounds

This option allows you to select the sounds you want to hear while playing BingoMEGA. Of course, you can listen to the sounds only if your computer is provided with the necessary equipment (a sound card and headphones or loudspeakers). The sounds can be selected through check boxes.

Play Sounds

This check box, when selected, turns all sounds on; it turns them off, when clear.

Balls

If this check box is selected, you will hear the announcement of every next ball as it is drawn.

Commands

This check box turns on and off all sounds that are played when a new game begins, when you claim and win a bingo, when you change a card, etc. to help you better follow the game. Every sound differs from the rest thus giving you good hints about game progress.

Background

This check box turns on and off the music, or any other sounds, played between games. When this check box is selected, the background sounds are turned off during the game so that you can hear the calling of the balls. You will hear both the calling of the balls and the background music if you have chosen not to play in a game but only to watch.

Note: If the sounds are too loud or too low, you can change their volume. See How to Change the Volume of Sounds
