1. Is this a pay game or is this site just for fun? How much does it cost per card?

Our software is easier to use because it can be played from almost any computer at home, work, or while visiting friends. Because of the new internet designs you can now play while you travel because your account is not based in only one computer.
Once you have completed your information necessary for your account simply click on the PLAY NOW button. Please keep in mind though, that the first time you load our game it may take up to 10 minutes but after that it will be instant.
3. I can't get the game to load or I have no sounds, why?

If you have not downloaded the game, icon won't appear.
Sometimes your Temporary Internet file folder or "cache" is full and needs to be cleaned out. You can do this by following these steps:
- Click on TOOLS on the menu at the top of your browser screen.
- Click on INTERNET OPTIONS, then you will see a gray box.
- Look for where it says "Temporary Internet files" this is your "Cache" you will need to empty this by clicking on the "Delete Files..." button in that section.
- Another gray box will pop up (you can chose to check off the box to also dump your offline content as well) Click "OK" and depending on the size of files stored in the cache will determine how long this process takes.
- However once that is completed, try reloading the game (again remembering this will take up to 10 minutes) and you should be completely operational.
4. Is there a limit on the amount of cards I can play?
At the moment the minimum number of cards you can play with is 3 and the maximum is 100.
5. How can I change the number of cards?
This action is possible only between the games. Click on the "Options" button and type the number of cards you wish to play with. To confirm the change click the "OK" button. After changing your cards your play button will reset, so DON'T forget to hit PLAY.
6. How can I change my nickname? Can I change my password?
At the game login screen type your Nickname and Password and press the "Account" button. The Account dialog box with your registration opens for you to make the changes. If you wish to change your password, select "Change password", type your old password, then type the selected new one in the New password box, and retype it in the Retype password box. Click "OK" to confirm the change.
7. How can I purchase credits?
You can purchase credits by clicking on the "CASHIER" button on your game screen or by clicking on any CASHIER link at the top of any page on this website.
8. Is the credit card the only way for transferring money to your site? What kind of cards do you accept?

9. How long does it take for added credits to become active in my bingo account?
It should only take 5 to 10 minutes for credits to show in your account or until the next game starts. This also depends on the method you chose to deposit with.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks can take up to 3 weeks via regular mail service. Neteller and FirePay are your fastest methods of depositing.
10. What are the minimum and maximum amount of credits I can purchase at one time?

First you must have an active account to withdraw any monies from your account. An “active” account is one that has made a deposit into their account and played using those funds.

There is a $100.00 minimum for Bank Wires, $50.00 minimum for Neteller.

15.I have registered for the game and I lost connection, what happens to my
game or credits?
We offer an AUTO BINGO feature that will play out your cards for you. This feature will also call the bingo for you should you have one. You can check this feature under the OPTIONS tab on your game screen.
16.Do you have any specials or promotions that you offer? And how can I be notified of these events?
When you first create your account there is an option to check if you want to join our mailing list. Be sure to check that so that you will receive all notifications via email of Special Events, Promotions and Weekly Specials. Make sure your email address is entered correctly. You can also check daily on our website for such notifications. You must make a deposit of $20 and have an active account to receive any bonuses.
17.Can I play using AOL?
Yes! However, you must use IE 5.0 or higher. The AOL browser does not work correctly. Also, please use an e-mail address other than your AOL e-mail address. We cannot mail you your account information if you have set your mail to refuse mail from us nor can we answer your mail when you write asking why you haven't received your account information and you will not receive valuable newsletter information. |
